Custom software, SaaS products, web applications and business systems for US companies — remote delivery, with our evening covering your morning.
The usual objection to offshore development from the US is the clock: a twelve-hour gap means a question asked Tuesday is answered Wednesday, and two days of work disappear into the round trip. Our working day runs to 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time, which lands squarely in the US morning — roughly 9am to 2pm Eastern, and earlier on the West Coast.
That does not make us local. It does mean a daily conversation with a live team rather than an overnight email exchange, which is the difference between offshore working and offshore not working.
Our day runs to 11:00 PM PKT, which is roughly 9am–2pm Eastern — a live team, not an inbox.
Smallest testable version first, built in two-week increments, with honest scope pushback.
Address-level calculation via a tax service, taxability by product, B2B exemption handling.
Dedicated capacity working inside your process and repository rather than a black-box handover.
Explicit assignment on final payment, your NDA signed, no dependency on us continuing.
No US entity or office claimed. Remote delivery, stated plainly, with a named engineer.
The US has no national VAT. Instead there are thousands of state and local taxing jurisdictions, rates that vary by address rather than by state, product-level taxability differences, and economic nexus rules that determine where you have to collect at all.
Building that from scratch is a mistake, and we will say so: for any product taking payments across states, we integrate a tax calculation service rather than maintaining rate tables. What we build is the correct plumbing — address-level calculation at checkout, taxability by product class, exemption certificate handling for B2B, and reporting that reconciles to what was actually collected. Determining where you have nexus is a question for your accountant, not for us.
A large share of our US work is early-stage product development, and the useful discipline there is subtraction. An MVP that takes nine months is not an MVP. We scope the smallest version that can be put in front of real users, build it in two-week increments, and deliberately leave out the features that feel essential but cannot be validated yet.
That includes being honest when a feature you are attached to should wait — which is usually a more valuable contribution than agreeing to build everything on the list.
A written scope with fixed price and milestones, or a monthly rate for dedicated capacity. IP assignment is explicit in the contract: on final payment the code, repository and deployment credentials are yours. NDAs are standard and we sign yours rather than insisting on our own template.
Invoicing is in USD by international bank transfer. We have no US entity and do not claim one.
Straight answers, including the ones that rule us out.
